Grief Recovery Series offers a group experience that guides participants through a multi-week program series. Designed for those ready to engage more intentionally with their grief, these series create consistency, trust, and meaningful progress over time. Led by a trained facilitator, each session blends prayer, discussion, spiritual and peer support to help individuals and families process loss together. The Grief Support Series is held twice per year.
Grief Support Groups provide compassionate, structured environments to help you navigate loss, connect with peers, and build coping strategies. This group meets on the third Monday of each month and is led by trained facilitators.
Individual grief counseling offers a private, tailored space to process sudden or traumatic loss at your own pace before—or instead of—joining a group. A trained professional helps you navigate complex emotions, trauma symptoms, and functional challenges without the pressure of sharing in front of others. Ideal if you feel unready or uncomfortable sharing your story with peers.
